After many years of assisting his family manage a portfolio of 15 rental homes in the Shady Acres area of the Heights and multiple industrial warehouses in Greater Heights, Chris pursued careers in finance and later in advertising. During this period, he reengaged his real estate activities, however on the retail side, assisting his wife in search of retail spaces and negotiating leases for her multiple Yoga West locations.

Coming back home to commercial real estate, Chris now owns and manages industrial property and has been representing buyers, tenants and sellers of Industrial, Retail, Office and Land properties throughout the Greater Houston area since 2016. As a Director of Commercial Real Estate at KW Commercial Signature, Chris has been able to assist many residential realtors with their client's commercial property needs in a variety of areas.
